HELICOPTER APPLICATIONS FOR INTERIOR STREAMS
Every
fall, between September and October, the Mississippi Levee
Board contracts with a helicopter applicator to apply aquatic
herbicides to approximately 60 miles of their 350 miles of
interior stream responsibility.
